TBA's range of Textured Fortaglas fabrics has been designed to offer greater thermal protection due to their lofted nature. Manufactured from textured 'E' glass filament fibre, Textured Fortaglas is available in 1 metre wide lengths cut to size in multiples of 1 metre up to 50 metres long.

Heat Resistant:
•Weldstop™ withstands penetration from an oxygen enriched flame at temperatures in excess of 1500°:C.

Molten Metal Resistance:
•Large metal droplets up to 70 gram can be successfully contained and allowed to cool on the fabric surface without penetration.

Abrasion Resistance:
•Weldstop™ has as much as 10 times the abrasion resistance of a silica cloth of similar weight and density and its effectiveness is not reduced by rough handling.

Flexibility:
•Weldstop™ has been treated to create a soft, flexible fabric that is easy to handle during use
