“TIG TIP” CHEMICALLY POINTS TUNGSTEN ELECTRODES WITHOUT GRINDING,
GIVING A PERFECT POINT EVERY TIME WITH MINIMUM EFFORT.

THE METHOD OF OPERATON IS SIMPLE AND FAST LIMITING DOWN TIME AND INCREASING PRODUCTION.

The tungsten is shorted out against the ground clamp or work piece until the end glows cherry red - approximately 10mm up from the tip. It is then very quickly immersed into the “TIG TIP”. Repeat this operation until the desired point is formed. 
The average time taken to repoint a tungsten with “TIG TIP” is about 1 min.

“TIG TIP” is supplied in 125gms jars & is an essential tool when working on site with no access to grinding.
