Compact and portable welding electrode quivers and ovens available in 110V and 230V. Our range also includes a stationary drying oven in 415V for heavy duty applications.
Welding electrode quivers are used for storing and warming electrodes and welding rods for optimum performance. A 200 watt heater which is thermostatically controlled to warm the rods between 80°C and 130°C and improve their welding performance. They are capable of holding up to 5kg packs of rods. Most of the quivers have an indicator light on them to show when heating is in operation. They are easy to load, easy to carry and are ideal for on-site use.
Portable drying welding ovens are completely portable, easy to load, easy to carry, and ready to provide low cost control of welding quality in the workshop or on site. These portable drying ovens can help reduce operating costs by providing operators with fast access to electrodes at the point of application. They feature a 400W heater which is thermostatically controlled to warm the rods between 60°C and 300°C and capacity to hold up to 18kg electrodes.
For heavy duty industrial use, there is a stationary drying oven with an operating power of 4500W and maximum temperature of 400°C. It has a capacity to hold up to 20 packs of 5kg electrodes. The stationary drying oven is equipped with latches and handles with pockets at the base of the oven for easy transport by forklift.
