The file belt CS 411 Y benefits from a backing made of Y-polyester that is tear-resistant and robust. The abrasive grain is zirconia alumina, applied with a close coating and bonded with synthetic resin. Zirconia alumina has a uniform, crystalline structure that is hard and exceptionally tough. The major benefit of zirconia alumina is its self-sharpening properties. The blue abrasive has high aggressiveness and outstanding abrasive performance. The close coating of the zirconia alumina plus the tear-resistant polyester ensure a long service life at a consistently high surface quality of the workpieces being processed.
